Story: I have been saving with National Bonds since 2012. I started saving about a year after I got my first job. I have always believed in saving. I have never been savvy enough about investing in the stock market. But I knew that National Bonds would be a safe and secure place to save my hard-earned money. One of the most important things about National Bonds that attracted me was that they are Sharia-compliant. When you are looking to ensure that your savings and investments are aligned with your spiritual beliefs, then you try to look for a place to save your money with that understands this and also works hard to keep your savings free from anything that would go against your beliefs. That is a major selling point for National Bonds. I save because I want to be able to accumulate about funds for my children’s higher education. My daughter, Noor, is four years old. And I also wish to save a bit for my own retirement so that I can live with dignity. I was diagnosed with cancer a couple of years ago. And I was successfully treated for it.
