Story: My childhood dream was to be a doctor to save lives and cure the ill. Long years of hard work and study and above all God’s blessings and my family’s support lead to fulfilling my dream . And now more than ever , with the world fighting this pandemic ,and we as front liners , doctors , nurses , paramedics, policemen,… I found the true meaning of being a doctor . COVID touched us all in many ways, but I hope this wakes the Human in us. Stay safe 🌹🙏

Working for certification and consultancy industry I learned a lot and exposed to many type of industries, projects, work in public and private sector. Got married and had amazing family till I lost my husband in accident. I took decision to raise our son here and had to struggle managing a baby and work load. Story: National Bonds saving has been my ‘ safe ’ saving among all the turmoil of the ups and downs of macro economy, pandemics, and living away from my home country. I started saving in 2015, and is well on my way to save the big million I aim for! While saving can be boring and feels like it takes forever, I love the excitement receiving an email with the happy news of winning a cash prize. And to keep dreaming of one day winning a car, or perhaps becoming an instant millionaire by winning the biggie! To top it up, there is another occasion to look forward to. When the yearly profits are awarded in April, it’s just that extra boost towards reaching my goal. My National Bonds app, or NB as I now fondly call it, always makes me happy when I log on and see great charts of how I am building my future I recently saw I can now give gift vouchers to my friends and loved ones. This will be my go to place now, to give a gift that grows.

Story: I was a Christian when I was young, had a dream about Islam and did some research, became a muslim. Had to leave home and parents to start a new life all alone, faced a lot of struggles along the way. During the course, I worked hard at my Snooker game that I loved so much. Finally I got the break in 1992, when I played the Finals with the National Champion in Karachi. Got a chance to come to Dubai through my journey with Snooker and started working here since 1998. Got married in 1999, was Pakistan No.4 in Snooker in 1992, became No. 6 in Dubai in Snooker in 2000. Later on due to work and commitments, had to leave Snooker, started learning Microsoft Excel, within a few years, started teaching Excel and have never stopped. Life is a journey of hardships, but never give up is my Motto.

Story: National Bonds was introduced by a friend way back 2013. I joined eventually but was not able to maintain my finacial goals due to job instability. It was a tough time and it is difficult to sustain the consistency of saving. When crisis came and pandemic was ubiquitous I thought of my future. It is a big decision I have to offer for my self. Once more National Bonds keep on showing on ads and the feeling of wanting to be back on track again strike my will. Finally, with My Plan, I am able to be more committed and persistent in achieving my financial goals. It is a joy for me to appreciate savings and at the same time indulging the convinience of monthly saving without worrying of ommitting it.
